Release of 2021/22 fixtures
Happens on Wednesday. Who do you want/who do we get in the first game?

I’m going with a Villa at home.

Fonz I can't remember what normally happens, but do we have to wait for SKy to declare which matches are being shown during August before we book any train tickets?

When are we likely to know about tickets for Newcastle? Would like to get trains booked ASAP.

That run-in isn't great, is it? From 19 March contains 4 London Derby's (3 of them away), Man City and finishing on the bogey team. Nothing like the park walk we had this year.

Fifth - Thought as much. Will be good to see.

May looks pretty good. A couple of good away days. And City at home. Who would most likely sewn up the title and have their interest elsewhere .

Manuel, theoretically there will be full stadiums in the event of lifting all restrictions as planned in July.

Is the ‘we play each team twice’ and pretending not to care the stance the cool kids are taking

Lily - Well this month 40k fans can travel from anywhere in the country to go to Wembley. Wimbledon will have full houses at the Tennis (Sold already has his tickets) but 11 months from now a few thousand away fans won't be able to travel? Come on, that is being hugely negative and it would really be a colossal step backwards from where we are now, especially when taking into account the vaccine rollout, etc.

Btw, does anyone know yet about full stadiums, or otherwise, for next season, assuming July 19th unlocking goes ahead?

Not checked but do we play everyone twice?

Manuel

I've pretty much given up on assumptions and presumptions things like lockdown revivals and away fans being allowed etc.

I remember one iron saying over a year back that fans would be banned from games and that away fans wouldn't be allowed for the whole season and I though "Nah, it won't be that bad."

All bets are off, now. I hope by next May, we can all do pretty much what we like, where we like, but I'm not able to simply expect it, and you probably know me well enough from on here to say I'm one of the more optimistic types.

Revenge against Newcastle first up would be a great start to the season.

Will be keeping an eye on the Boxing Day home fixture moving!

Its good to be a top team looking down. Just need to beat a few of the ones around us now.

Stepney - Yea I know and it's very easy and typical to be all doom and gloom about it all, but with the vaccines and stuff? Wembley will be up to 40k soon for the Euro's. Or are you suggesting this will go on forever?

Decent start that. Take that all day long.

We'll beat Newcastle.

You still think maybe no away fans allowed 11 months from now? Why?
